7. Indemnification

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Wyoming and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Wyoming shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these Terms.

9. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the Site. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you that they have been updated on the Site.
