Our liability to you for any cause whatsoever will at all times be limited to the lesser of the amount paid, if any, by you to us or $100.00 USD.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. You irrevocably consent that the courts of Wyoming shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising in connection with these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes and clarifications take effect immediately upon posting on the Site. If we make material changes, we will notify you that the Terms have been updated on the Site.
